Business Guide
Learn how MSME sellers prepare invoices, submit documents, respond to verification, and track early working-capital requests.
Prepare before you apply
Move from account setup to a trackable financing request.
Your Business account shows what you need, what is complete and what happens next. Keep your company, buyer, invoice and supporting documents accurate so the IXF team can review the right information.
-
1
Set up your account
Register as a business, verify your email and contact details, and complete any account-activation prompts shown to you.
-
2
Complete business verification
Provide the company profile, bank information, and verification documents requested in the workspace. The document set depends on the business constitution and recorded tax status.
-
3
Create an accurate invoice record
Select the buyer and enter the invoice dates, currency, payment terms, and line items. Creating an invoice does not by itself start a financing request.
-
4
Activate financing and add evidence
Follow the financing action for the invoice and complete the evidence checklist. It can require the invoice PDF, delivery evidence, supporting material, and a purchase order or customer contract.
-
5
Review status and pricing
A submitted request can move through company verification, buyer verification, risk assessment, and an approval or rejection decision. Review the displayed pricing and terms before accepting, declining, or asking for clarification.
-
6
Track funding and settlement
Follow your application history from review through pricing, funding and settlement. Your Business Wallet and transaction history show eligible money movements and completed activity.
Before submitting
- Make sure the business, buyer, invoice, and bank records refer to the correct legal parties.
- Check that the due date is after the issue date and that amounts match the line-item record.
- Upload clear, complete evidence in the document type requested by the workspace.
- Read the full pricing, fees, dates, and terms presented for the request.
