Fees and Pricing Disclosure

IXF presents platform fees and applicable opportunity terms before an eligible user decides to proceed.

The Business platform fee is 1% of invoice value. Any other applicable amount must appear in the accepted Final Pricing.

The Investor platform fee is 0%. Each opportunity separately presents its own Expected Return, tenure, risks and terms.

A fee applies only in accordance with the accepted terms and applicable transaction stage.

The current pricing record presents applicable platform pricing before acceptance.

Applicable taxes or third-party payment charges may be presented separately where required.

Changes apply prospectively and are communicated through the relevant public or authenticated route.
