After delivery or service completion

Finance an eligible invoice that has already been issued for delivered goods or completed services.

Invoice Finance may help a Business access working capital against an eligible issued and unpaid B2B invoice. Each application is reviewed before Final Pricing, Marketplace funding, transfer to the verified bank account, Buyer Payment, and Investor Settlement.

Application, verification, Final Pricing, Marketplace listing, funding, Buyer Payment, and settlement each depend on eligibility, complete documents, review, agreements, availability, and the accepted terms.

Potential fit

Start with an eligible commercial requirement.

  • An issued and unpaid B2B invoice for completed goods or services.
  • A verifiable Business, buyer relationship, amount, currency, due date, and payment context.
  • One line item may be sufficient. Additional line items are optional when the invoice needs more detail.
  • No guarantee of eligibility: review, agreements, current policy, concentration, and availability still apply.

Documents to prepare

Complete, consistent information helps us review your application.

  • Issued invoice and applicable purchase order or commercial contract.
  • Delivery, acceptance, timesheet, service, or other performance evidence where applicable.
  • Buyer, Business, KYB, bank, tax, and other supporting information requested during review.

Key product facts

Understand the product boundary before applying.

Create Invoice in IXF

Build the invoice in your IXF account, add at least one line item, and provide the relevant Business and buyer information.

Upload Existing Invoice for Financing

Use an invoice that has already been issued, then provide its commercial context and the documents requested for review.

Review Final Pricing before Marketplace listing

Eligibility and approval depend on review. The Business must accept the current Final Pricing offer before an opportunity can be listed.

Risk remains

Verification does not make the application risk-free. Buyer-payment delays, disputes, shortfalls, or defaults may affect timing and Investor Settlement.

Your financing journey

From application to payment and settlement.

Each step is separate. Completing one does not guarantee the next.

  1. Step 1

    Invoice

Create the invoice in IXF or upload an existing issued invoice for financing.

  2. Step 2

    Documents

Provide buyer context, proof of delivery or service, KYB, bank details, and other requested documents.

  3. Step 3

    Verification

IXF reviews eligibility, documents, buyer context, risk, and any required clarifications.

  4. Step 4

    Final Pricing

IXF issues the reviewed financing offer for the Business to consider.

  5. Step 5

    Business Acceptance

The Business may accept, decline, or request clarification on the current offer.

  6. Step 6

    Marketplace

After Final Pricing is accepted and checks are complete, an eligible opportunity may be listed for Investors to review.

  7. Step 7

    Funding

Eligible Investors allocate against the Marketplace Funding Target.

  8. Step 8

    Funding Release

Funds are sent to the verified Business bank account when the applicable funding conditions are met.

  9. Step 9

    Buyer Payment

Track confirmed Buyer payment progress and any delay, dispute, default, or shortfall.

  10. Step 10

    Investor Settlement

Investor settlement is completed in line with the applicable terms after Buyer Payment.

Pricing and risk

Review the offer before you decide.

An estimate is not Final Pricing. The Business can review the financing amount, rate, fees, tax information, funding target, payment expectations, and offer validity before accepting or declining. After acceptance and the required checks, an eligible opportunity may be listed on the Marketplace.

Invoice Finance FAQ

Questions to resolve before applying.

Which application path should I use?

Create Invoice in IXF when you want to build the invoice in the platform. Use Upload Existing Invoice for Financing when the invoice has already been issued.

How many line items are required?

One line item may be sufficient. Add more only when they are needed to describe the delivered goods or completed services accurately.

Is every invoice eligible?

No. IXF reviews the invoice, Business, buyer, documents, concentration, policy, agreements, and current availability before making a financing decision.

When are fees and rates final?

The issued Final Pricing offer shows the reviewed figures. The Business must accept it before an eligible opportunity can be listed on the Marketplace.

Does a Marketplace listing guarantee full funding?

No. Listing and funding are separate stages, and funding may remain partial or unavailable.

What if Buyer Payment is delayed?

A delay, dispute, default, or shortfall can affect payment timing and Investor Settlement.
